Bartley Road Wedding!!!!!

The day has come! In the middle of February, John David Macusrak asked Erin Brokovich Jones to marry him. The setting was a romantic ski trip high up on a mountain. (This last part is purely conjecture) The wedding day has been set for July 26th and will be held at Bethany Beach, Delaware. John and Erin have been dating for years on end, and we have all wondered when this fateful day would happen. The citizens of Bartley Road are dilerious with joy and anticipation. All pictures taken by Barlty Road photographer Josh Cannon will be uploaded to this website.

Josh Gets Another New Job and Shoves it Even Quicker.

You may recall that Josh Cannon was discontent with his employment and casting about for a new job. Well, he was fortunate enough to find one, but it too was fated to end early. Josh was hired by Giant Eagle as a stock boy. Sadly, his aspirations of becoming a stock man were never seen, as 4 weeks into his tenure there, he quit. Many have speculated on the reasons why Josh quit. One theory is that he was told he could no longer listen to his newly bought IPod while he worked. When questioned about this Josh responded, "I was working till 2 a.m., you know, when no one is there!? And they told me after 3 weeks of using headphones and IPods and Discmen, that I could no longer do it! Did the rules suddenly change!? What the hey!" At this point Josh became violent and the interview had to be cut short. On ther horizon however is a new job for Josh. Working with Brendan at the Adventure By Choice program. He is extremely optimistic about this work and I am sure will keep us all informed.

Gretchen Gets Accepted To Pharmacy School!!!!!

If you know Gretchen Kipp at all, you know she has been waiting to hear from the University of Pittsburgh's prestigious Pharmacy school. Gretchen applied back in February and has waited two long months to hear the results. Well, they have finally come in, and Gretchen Kipp will be a member of Pitt Pharmacy's graduating class of 2010. The excitement does not stop there though. In a week and a half, Gretchen will be officially a graduate student. She also has much less pressure over this Summer, as she no longer has to take any classes. It is a big day for Gretchen, and Bartley Road congratulates her!

Josh Mauled by Pitt Panther

Suffering from a bout of bad luck, Josh has been attacked and seriously wounded by the Pitt Panther. He was walking peacefully past the large animal eyewitnesses say, when it sprand into action, knocked him unconscious and dragged his wounded body back to its rock. From there it proceeded to tear Josh limb from limb until he was rescued by Gretchen Kipp who lucky for him, is trained in Panther attack emergencies.

Dan Gets New Apartment

Dan Porter has recently signed a new lease for an apartment in an area close to his old place of residence. When asked about his feelings Dan brusquely pushed the microphone aside and shouted out explitives that cannot be repeated here. Observers have noted though that he seems very happy and content with his new abode and has no plans of burning it to the ground. The mysterious fire that consumed his old apartment is still being looked into with Dan as one of many suspects.

Porter Residence Found to House Pot of Gold

The rumors have been proven true, the Porter residence of Bartley Road does indeed contain a pot of gold. Actions will soon be taken to strip this wrongfully gained treasure from the family and delivered to the only true Irish family on Bartley Road, the Cannon family.
